Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.
Operation Transformation (RTÉ One, 8.30pm)
More programmes to encourage you to get up off your arse, just in time for the demise of New Year’s resolutions. Tonight, we see how the leaders are adjusting to their new lifestyles. Dr Donal O’Shea travels to Finland to investigate how the people of North Karella transformed the health of the country. #operationtransformation
The Restaurant (TV3, 9pm)
After Alan Shatter’s strange turn in the kitchen last week, it’s Jackie Lavin (wife of Bill Cullen) turn to wow the customers. Jackie is planning a ‘Celtic Warrior’ menu, which means she’s cooking lots of meat and soup. You do you, Jackie. #therestaurant
Red Rock (TV3, 8.30pm)
After a promising start last week, the TV3 soap continues the drama tonight. Katie unearths something ‘sinister’, while Superintendent McKay and his wife Claire are in for some heartbreak after a trip to the hospital. It’s already looking as gloomy as Eastenders. #redrock
